Our outreach agents play a key role in expanding digital access and empowering communities across Texas.
Position: Lifeline Outreach Agent
Compensation: $17 per approved activation (1099 Independent Contractor)
Location: DFW Metroplex & surrounding areas
Responsibilities:
Educate eligible customers on Lifeline and ACP benefits and assist with enrollment.
Conduct professional outreach in the community, including events, housing complexes, and retail locations.
Maintain accurate documentation and meet weekly performance goals.
Represent the company with integrity and professionalism.
Qualifications:
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Self-motivated, dependable, and results-driven.
Prior sales, outreach, or telecom experience is a plus (not required).
Must be 18+ with valid ID.
